Our Calls Have Been Answered!

We’d like to say a massive ‘thank you’ to all our call centre friends who’ve already volunteered to answer thousands of calls on the Night of Red Nose Day 2011. To let everyone know about your fantastic efforts, use our press release template and tell the world how brilliant you are.

Britannia Building Society

Britannia Building Society’s customer support centre in Leek, Staffordshire, saw 350 volunteers don red fancy dress and take more than £80,000 in donations!

Britannia's Group Chief Executive, said: “I’m really proud of our exceptional team who threw themselves into the spirit of Red Nose Day... to make a real difference to millions of disadvantaged people across the UK and Africa.”

Conduit

Over 100 phone lines buzzed through the night at Conduit as staff were joined by volunteers from the Welsh Contact Centre Forum, Admiral, the DVLA, the AA, Connaught, Draig, Reed and Red Recruitment for Red Nose Day 2009.

And they certainly know how to do something funny for money – holding a staff stand-up competition and taking over £110,000 in donations!

Lifestyle Services Group

Staff at Lifestyle Services Group had a great time with an array of fun and frolics to help raise money for Red Nose Day 2009.

Alongside a range of fundraising activities such as sponsored chest waxes, silences, prize raffles, auctions, haircuts, bingo and bake-offs they manned phones until midnight in their decorated call centre and took over £88,000 in donations!
