- Don't forget that from the time we receive your order, we aim to deliver your goods to you within 10 working days, however please allow another 2 working days before querying a non-delivery.
- If any goods ordered from us are faulty, please return them using the address label and returns slip provided on the delivery note as soon as possible to Red Nose Day Online Shop Returns, PO Box 56, Jarrow, NE32 3WW, securely packaged.

Lodging a complaint
We are sorry if you are unhappy with any aspect of Comic Relief or Red Nose Day - if you have a complaint please do let us know. We take all complaints seriously and will ensure that we respond in a timely manner.

We will acknowledge your contact within 2 working days of receipt and let you know who is dealing with your complaint.
Thank you- Noses ordered on the Deposit Scheme before 24th January will be delivered by 16th February.
- Nose orders received after February 1st will be delivered within 10 working days of the receipt of your order.
- Once you have held your event, remember to send in the outstanding money for your Nose Deposit Scheme noses, plus any additional money raised, along with the slip on your delivery note, as a cheque made payable to 'Red Nose Deposit Scheme', to Red Nose Day Schools' Stuff, Freepost NAT 4756, Jarrow, NE32 3BR
