All the staff and children at Acorn Park Nursery in Glasgow dressed up and held a pyjama party. They wore their bed clothes all day and had lots of fun raising over £100.
Staff and children from Sure Start Crèche donned their pyjamas for a full week to celebrate Red Nose Day. They did a fabulous job of getting sponsorship from family and friends, raising £437.
The children at Happy Days Childcare Centre celebrated by donning Red Noses, dressing in red and some even coloured their hair. Everyone helped to make a Red Nose mobile and the pupils learnt all about Fair Trade chocolate. They had a fantastic day, raising more than £50.
Arkwright Primary School held a fantastic Big Red Balloon Race, turning the sky into a sea of red balloons! There were plenty of activities throughout the day, including baking, raffles and a game of Deal or Nose Deal, raising a total of £225.
Not only did the whole of Cross Ash School get involved in Red Nose Day, the school council also held 'Red Fruit Friday'. They sold a huge range of rosy fruits for everyone to taste including, cherries, grapes and plums - delicious! They all raised over £200.

...could give three families in Zambia a loan to set up their own market stall or small business. With the loan, and a lot of hard work, these families can make enough money to support themselves. They can then pay the loan back so it can be lent to someone else who needs it. This small amount of money is all it takes to help people work their way out of poverty and provide a better future for their kids.
Halesowen C/E Primary School held a day of activities, including BIG clothes and BIG hair. Students made a chain around Halesowen Parish Church to draw attention to the Join Up/Send My Friend to School campaign. Headteacher, Mr Preston, even sat in a bath of jelly! Over £300 was raised.
Sidmouth Infants School raised nearly £70 by cooking Jamie Oliver's flapjacks and singing the Red Nose Day song to their Mums and Dads. Everyone brought their favourite teddies to school in BIG clothes. The children at pre-school, Appletree, played with red jelly and spaghetti hoops all day, raising £35.

...could pay for two monthly food parcels for orphaned children in South Africa who are desperately poor. The food parcels are their lifeline until a more permanent solution can be found to help them overcome the poverty they face.
Goodwyn School made a fantastic display of 'what makes you happy', looking at the differences between what makes us smile in the UK and what makes children in Africa happy. They held a jokeathon, a fashion show, a sing song and raised over £900!
Glaitness School had an action-packed day. Everyone wore red clothes, had a bake sale, sold Red Nose snapdragons, and sang the Red Nose Day song - all while in a BIG human chain! Class four alone raised £515 with a sponsored skip. Together, they raised an incredible £1,398.71!
West End Middle School raised a fabulous £1,300! A hugely successful week of events included a cake sale and raffle. The highlight of the week was the ‘gunge the teacher’ competition. Unlucky Mr Simpson!
The students at St Mary's RC Primary School celebrated by wearing red and creating a BIG human red nose in their playground! They raised over £500 and many more smiles!
Dunfermline High School held a student auction, with 12 pupils volunteering to be auctioned off. They had a Fashion Show and a sponsored leg wax, with 10 brave boys volunteering their hairy legs! Five staff members also had their hair sprayed red. Together, they raised over £2,400!!
The staff and pupils at Matthew Arnold School put on their dancing shoes and really got into the spirit of things. They held their very own staff v 6th form Strictly Come Dancing and raised an incredible £1,583!
