Shell Global Solutions

Staff at Shell Global Solutions in Thornton decided Red Nose Day was the perfect excuse for some job swaps for their Management Team! They had them delivering the mail, serving drinks in the coffee shop and even manning the security gates – and always armed with their collection buckets! As well as this staff also took part in various activities including a rowing challenge and one brave man even cut off his much loved ponytail! They’ve raised a whopping £4113.95 – thank you to everyone at Shell Technology Centre Thornton.

PHD Network

Staff at PHD Network decided to ‘Play Something Funny for Money’ with a rock band competition! Not only were their musical skills put to the test but the Directors of the company were also challenged to an ‘egg off’ to see who could eat the most creme eggs in two minutes! On top of all this, other activities included a BBQ, raffle, cake sales… the list goes on! Thank you to everyone at PHD for raising a fantastic £3,000.

Lowe London

Staff at advertising agency Lowe London raised an impressive £1,455 with their ‘Endurance Keep Ups’ event. They streamed a live web link into their office which showed them keeping a giant red nose in their air for…. 7 hours! Some even did it in fancy dress!

P&G UK

P&G UK in Weybridge raised over £1,000 for Red Nose Day this year. How did they do it? They challenged their bosses to Do Something Funny for Money! Their two CEO’s took part in a Wii boxing match and staff sponsored the boss they thought would win!
