Britain's most exciting pop band take Newsround's camera's to Uganda to see how the money raised through Red Nose Day is being spent. The band meet children living in the slums of Kampala and hear about what has changed since they were last there.  Danny said: "It's really rewarding because we know what a difference money raised from our Red Nose Day 2005 single has had...
