- The closing date for entries is Midnight on 31st March 2009.
- The winner will be selected on merit by comic relief, from a shortlist of the top 10 entries, based on votes made by users of the website, will be announced on or around 5th May 2009 and contacted by email. If we cannot contact the winner after 14 days, we may award the prize to the second placed entry. Comic Relief’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

- The prize is ICT equipment for your school to the value of £5,000
- The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Comic Relief may substitute an alternative prize of similar value. Failure to claim the prize by the time or in the manner specified by Comic Relief will make any claim invalid.

The Comic Relief Club – Weekly Up For Grabs Competition Terms and Conditions
- During Red Nose Day 2009, from 03 February to 16 March 2009, Comic Relief will be running a weekly competition for Club members. By entering a weekly competition, you agree to these terms and conditions.
- To be eligible to enter the competition to receive an ‘Up for Grabs’ item you must:
- be a Comic Relief Club member, and
- enter in the manner and by the closing date specified at www.rednoseday.com/upforgrabs (only accessible by Club members), and
- be a UK resident and at least 16 years old.
- The best entry each week will be determined by our judging panel. The judges’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be announced on www.rednoseday.com/upforgrabs and notified by email or telephone. If we cannot contact the winner for any reason within 3 days of the winner being selected, we may award the prize to the next best entry. One entry only per person.

Africa Project Trip Competition Terms and Conditions
- By entering the Africa Project Trip competition, you agree to these terms and conditions.
- To be eligible to enter this competition you must:
- be a UK resident, at least 16 years old and an individual (groups are not eligible to enter). If you are under 18 years old, you must obtain your parent or guardian’s permission, and
- have raised and paid in at least £1000 in donations (excluding Gift Aid) by midnight on 30 June 2009 in one of the following ways:
- through your Red Nose Day Giving page at www.rednoseday.com/rndgiving, or
- through our online donation page at www.rednoseday.com/fundraisingmoney.
- Eligible fundraisers will be sent an email by 31 July 2009 enabling them to enter this competition. You must enter in the manner and by the closing date specified in the email. Only one entry per person.
- The prize is a trip for the winner and an accompanying person (for winners under 18, this must be a parent or guardian) to a project in Africa funded by Comic Relief.
- The prize includes airport transfers, flights, visas, travel injections and insurance, and overseas accommodation. All other taxes, transfers, spending money, travel and other expenses, unless specifically stated, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
- The trip will take place on a date to be agreed between the winner and Comic Relief, no later than 1 March 2011.
- Travellers must have a valid UK passport with at least 6 months validity at the point of travel. Travel may be subject to health & safety considerations and medical examination.
- The best entry will be determined by our judging panel. The judges’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be announced on www.rednoseday.com and contacted by email or telephone. If we cannot contact the winner for any reason by 1 September 2009, we may award the prize to the next best entry.

Mr. Funny Competition Rules
- By entering this competition, you agree to these rules.
- To enter this competition, you must be a UK resident and at least 18 years old. You may enter only once. Those entering must be doing so on behalf on an Early Years group. Entries much show evidence of Red Nose Day 2009 activities in their Early Years group, (i.e not solely the entrants own individual activity). Entries must come from Early Years groups that cater for the learning and care of children five years old and under, for example a nursery, pre-school or day-care centre.
- You may enter by sending you entry by post or email to Comic Relief as specified.
- The closing date for entries is Midnight on Friday 3rd April 2009.
- The winner and runners up will be contacted by email or phone on Monday 20th April 2009. If we cannot contact the winner after 7 days, we may award the prize to the second placed entry.
