Early Years Survey Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
- By entering this prize draw, you agree to these terms and conditions.
- To enter this draw, you must be a UK resident and at least 18 years old. You may enter only once. Those entering must be a teacher or a staff member at a setting that uses Early Years learning resources, (for example a nursery, crèche, pre-school, day-care centre, or reception class within a school).
- The closing date for entries is midnight on June 28th 2009. Entry is by completion and submission of the Early Years Evaluation survey and agreement to enter the prize draw only. Comic Relief does not accept responsibility for lost, delayed, corrupted or invalid entries.
- The three winners will be chosen at random from all completed evaluations submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions. Winners will be notified by email. The judges' decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- We will only use your personal details provided with your entry to administer this draw. Please see our privacy policy.
- There are three prizes of Red Letter Day Experience Gift Packs: First prize is a Yellow pack; second prize an Orange pack; and third prize a Blue pack. The gift packs are subject to Red Letter Days Limited’s terms and conditions, available to view at http://www.redletterdays.co.uk/terms. Red Letter Day experience pass holders must register their experience pass within 10 months of receipt. From this point they then have 6 months to take up the experience.
- All prizes are non-transferable. There is no cash alternative. Comic Relief may substitute an alternative prize of similar value. If the prize is not claimed within 2 months of notification then Comic Relief may choose to offer it to another eligible entrant selected at random.
- Comic Relief may disqualify you from winning if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that you are in breach of these terms and conditions or your participation is fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.
- This draw is not open to employees of Comic Relief, Ed Direct (or anyone else involved in organising the draw) or their direct family members.
- Comic Relief may cancel the draw for reasons outside its reasonable control. Comic Relief may amend these terms and conditions without notice, by posting changes to them on this website.
- Comic Relief does not accept any responsibility for any network connection, technical failure or other problem in any telephone line, network, system, provider or otherwise which results in any entry not being properly recorded or received.
- To the extent permitted by law, Comic Relief excludes all warranties (whether express or implied), representations and its liability regarding this draw or the prizes (other than liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence).
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
