In the Comic Relief hall of fame BT is right up there with Lenny’s suits and Billy’s red beard.

They have supported us since 1985 – which is an amazing commitment. As well as providing telephony support, call centres and network management, they also deliver thousands of volunteer hours which enables us to take millions of pounds in pledges.

As if all that wasn’t enough, this time around BT was also the title sponsor of the BT Red Nose Climb which saw nine famous faces conquer Africa’s mighty Mount Kilimanjaro.

BT raised a magnificent £313,706 through the BT Speaking Clock which featured the voices of some of the celebrity climbers and with fundraising activities from BT Business, BT Shop, BT Total Broadband and BT Vision. BT employees also lent a fundraising hand raising tons of cash.
