Please note that non-teachers using the Online Shop should read the Online Shop Terms and Conditions.
Please note that these terms and conditions do not apply to free Fundraising Packs ordered and sent through the site.
Nose Deposit Scheme Terms and Conditions
If you order Noses through the Nose Deposit Scheme, you agree that:

- All money raised from the sale of Noses must be given in full to Comic Relief. No costs relating to the sale of the Noses, including postage, packaging & processing charges, can be deducted from the money raised.
- If people give more than £1 for each Nose, the additional amount must be dealt with as donations received on behalf of Comic Relief. All these donations must be sent to Comic Relief with the proceeds from the sale of the Noses.
- Each person who receives Noses under this scheme agrees that any sales of Noses by that person are made on behalf of, and as an unpaid agent for Comic Relief.
- Each person who receives Noses under this scheme is personally responsible for (a) ensuring that Comic Relief receives as quickly as practicable after the event the proceeds from all Noses sold and any accompanying donations and (b) disposing of all Noses for which proceeds are not received so they cannot be reused (please try and do this in an environmentally-friendly way).
- We regret we are unable to refund deposits for, or take back, unsold Noses.
- On all materials supporting or publicising sales of Noses you must state: “Comic Relief, registered charity 326568”, or if you are in Scotland: “Comic Relief, Scottish registered charity SC039730.”
