Survey Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. By entering this prize draw, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. To enter the draw, you must be at least 16 years old and a UK resident.
3. The closing date for entries is 31 May 2009. Entry is by online submission only. Comic Relief does not accept responsibility for lost, delayed, corrupted or invalid entries.
4. The five winners will be chosen at random from all completed surveys submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions. Winners will be notified by email. The judges' decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. We will only use your personal details provided with your entry to administer this draw. Please see our privacy policy.
6. There are five prizes of celebrity signed items of Red Nose Day merchandise, one each from: Franz Ferdinand (T-shirt), Neil Morrissey (T-shirt), Sanjeev Bhaskar (T-shirt), George Sampson (Whoopee Cushion), Lewis Hamilton (Car Nose). T-shirt sizes cannot be requested. The prizes will be awarded at random to the five winning entries and are non-transferable. There is no cash alternative.
7. Comic Relief may disqualify you from winning if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that you are in breach of these terms and conditions or your participation is fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.
8. This draw is not open to employees of Comic Relief (or anyone else involved in organising the draw) or their direct family members.
9. Comic Relief may cancel the draw for reasons outside its reasonable control. Comic Relief may amend these terms and conditions without notice, by posting changes to them on this website.
10. Comic Relief does not accept any responsibility for any network connection, technical failure or other problem in any telephone line, network, system, provider or otherwise which results in any entry not being properly recorded or received.
11. To the extent permitted by law, Comic Relief excludes all warranties (whether express or implied), representations and its liability regarding this draw or the prizes (other than liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence).
12. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
