Grannies Get "Pimp My Red Nose Ride" Treatment

Tim Westwood and the crew of MTV’s hit show ‘Pimp My Ride UK’ have made a special pit stop to deliver some surprise news to a group of lovely ladies in Leek, Staffordshire - their shabby, rust-encrusted mini-bus will be blinged for MTV’s ‘Pimp My Red Nose Ride’.

As Tim said ‘It ain’t right for gran to go to bingo in a battered and busted old bucket!" For the ladies of Leek, who rely on the mini-bus to get them to their regular weekly lunch club, the mini-bus is a precious life-line but it’s in a state of serious disrepair - with a broken wheelchair lift and little warmth or comfort.

With spanners at the ready, the MTV pimping crew have answered their plea and will be giving their mini-bus an extra-special 'hip' replacement. The newly revamped ride will be revealed LIVE on BBC ONE during Comic Relief – The Big One on Friday 16 March.

Now you can get involved by entering a wicked red nose competition where you could win an exclusive Pimp My Ride UK goody bag. All you have to do is get creative and pimp up your own Red Nose then Westwood will chose the biggest baddest nose to be the lucky winner.
