Eros and Ed are game for a laugh!

Eros and Ed

6 March 2007

With The Big One fast approaching, CBBC eXtra have joined up with one of the UK’s smallest comedians on a mission to tell the nation’s biggest joke.

CBBC's resident stand up comedian, 11 year old Eros Vlahos, has the massive task of trying to craft the perfect joke to make as many people as possible laugh in one go!

Top Irish stand up comedian, Ed Byrne, will mentor Eros on stage before sending him out to unleash his jokes on the public at a school, a shopping mall, Covent Garden, Whitehall & Trafalgar Square.

In order to raise the stakes, Ed will pack the eleven year old joker off to a Premiership football match to make the crowd laugh at half time. His jokes will also be simultaneously broadcast on every other Premiership big screen at half time – so he could be heard by well over 250,000 people!

Tune into CBBC eXtra on Friday 9th March to see how Eros does and get sponsored to tell your own jokes to raise a bucket load of cash this Red Nose Day.
