Rob Brydon visits Merthyr!

On the Tuesday 13 March, Rob Brydon came to Wales to have a look at how Comic Relief spends some of the money you raise. Rob visited the Merthyr and the Valleys Mind, a mental health project in Merthyr Tydfil where Comic Relief money goes towards their advocacy project. A project which supports and empowers people who are experiencing mental or emotional distress, it also offers information, advice and practical help. Rob got stuck into a pottery class – part of the weekly events programme which provides opportunities for people to directly participate in social events through peer led support and shared experiences.
